No job is too big or too small. We've tackled everything from a 22,000 square foot installation to a mere 50 square feet and everything in between. Our owner, Jonathan Broise, recognized the toll California's drought was taking on our lush landscapes and sought out to find a water-friendly solution. With some research, Jonathan found the highest-quality artificial grass made in the USA and is proud to install this premiere lawn. In 2021, Jonathan A. Broise Lanscapes, DBA "Sod Off," installed artificial turf in my 96 year old father's back yard in Santa Barbara County. In July 2023, I contacted Jonathan and had him come out to the property to inspect some sunken areas of the artificial turf he had installed, which he said was caused by heavy rains. These areas created a trip hazard, and we would have gladly paid for any repairs. Jonathon said the repairs would only take a couple hours, and he would have a crew out the following week. No one ever came out or contacted us to reschedule. I called Jonathan four times since then, speaking to him twice, and each time he promised to have someone out the following week to make the repairs. No one ever came out or called, and Jonathan doesn't answer his phone or return text messages. We've found another company to make the repairs to the artificial turf.
