Bill Mosby, owner and winemaker of Mosby Winery, was the first person to release a Cal-Italia wine from Santa Barbara County and he has been a grower and producer of Cal-Italian wines ever since. Bill's philosophy of wine making is simple...handle the wines as little as possible and through the use of older oak barrels for aging, let the flavor of the grapes show through.
