Bloom Yoga strives to offer a variety of Classes, Series & Workshops, and other Wellness Lectures, and Learning Events in yoga, Nia, nutrition, Ayurveda and other forms of conscious movement for our community. Our hope is that we can create a fun, playful and nurturing environment to create powerful and transformative change – on a physical, spiritual and emotional level.
We believe that true health is a multi-faceted and constantly evolving practice
one that requires constant mindfulness, challenges, and variety. Yoga provides many aspects, but can be even more powerful when combined with the flowing movement of Nia, the toning aspects of Evolutions, and the health and nutritional aspects of Ayurveda and all of our assorted wellness offers.
Class sizes are generally small, offering personalized attention in a safe, beautiful space. Bloom Yoga’s instructors are qualified and certified in each of their several specialties, including the many branches of Yoga. We offer a variety of Yoga classes and styles, as well as a variety of levels from foundation classes for beginners to intermediate and advanced classes for those seeking a more challenging practice. We offer a variety of great Pricing Options & Memberships depending on how often you plan on taking classes.
