Company Description

We were founded on April 1, 2012 by Mexico City native Juliana Ramirez. Juliana`s family immigrated to the United States in 1994 and planted their roots in Carpinteria. Five years after their move, Juliana entered the accounting world as a local bookkeeper. After 12 years of working with local firmsand with 11 loyal clients and a lot of determinationshe decided to take on the challenge of starting her own business.

JR Bookkeeping began to grow immediately and significantly increased its list of clients. Today, we`re able to help strengthen the community and boost the local economy by providing job opportunities to a handful of full- and part-time employees.

Our accounting expertise has helped all different kinds of small businessesfrom restaurants to retails stores, from car dealerships to dental offices. But more than just having accounting know-how, we`re passionate about teaching. We take pride in enabling our clients to handle as much or as little of their business`s finances as they desire.

Juliana is a happily-married wife and mother of two daughters. Her dream is to help our community and its economy by continuing to grow and develop JR Bookkeeping through outstanding service, first-class professionalism, and the creation of employment opportunities.
