Great Job Done.... Wonderful Experience

I had to ask for a plumber to help with broken pipe in the kitchen. I knew there would be a minimum charge and that would be included if a service is done. Mark showed up and told me he didn’t have the right tool to fix my pipe (because he wasn’t driving his usual truck). Therefore, the service could not be done on the same day. He told me it would cost 850 plus tax. I didn’t know what to do but he told me the office would send me an invoice. I told him there should not be an invoice because it’s either a quote or a work order. Before he left, he insisted to take a photo of my credit card (at that point, no work was done). He said I would not be charged until the work is done. The very next day, before another plumber show up, n as charged over $900 dollars. When the plumber (not Mark) showed up, he spent approx approximately 30 mins and told me the work is done. I asked him to give me the replacement (Mark told me to do the proper job, the copper pipe has to be fixed and that’s why it costs 850 plus tax). Plumber no.2 wasn’t happy and told me it’s the pipe. He didn’t know I was charged a lot of money to get the work done. Another 15 mins later, he finished the work and show me a segment of broken pipe. My sink is backed up and I don’t know if it’s a plumbing issue or not. I sent several messages for an invoice with detail description for the job that was done but I have not received any. Papas plumbing was recommended by my insurance company. I am sure I was ripped off.

We had an issue this long weekend with power loss to part of our tenents suite. We called Dan thinking we would have to have him come out but he suggested we try something and it worked! We are very grateful.

Good plumbing service is hard to find and I’ve always counted on Roto-Rooter. They have a FULL plumbing service, not just line cleaning- which I didn’t realize. They replaced 100 year iron pipe and were very careful not to put a huge hole in the wall. I will rely on them for future work! The guys are always very professional and their licensed plumbers get the job done.

805 Industries Roofing installed a new shingle roof & new gutters that had blown away with the Santa Ana winds. They were efficient and completed the work promptly. I had a lot of dry rot underneath so it took a few more man hours than anticipated, but it was all well worth it. Roof looks great! I would definitely recommend them if you need roof work and/gutters!
