Service manager sent out I think his name was Steve was honest and upright about it and explain things to me that I didn't understand and took care of what I needed so he did a great job thanks for sending him.

My experience has been very good they'll be back this Thursday morning at 9 o'clock so assuming that all goes well and that they have parts and that they diagnose my problem correctly it will be great so all me back in another week and all that and more.

Yes we enjoyed. Casey who represented B.M.D. and he is a delightful professional and really represented your products exceptionally well we did do some competitive bidding with another. 2 couple 2 companies and elected to go with probably one of your competitors and so that's the way it ended up.
