Everyone I dealt with from the person that answered the phone ,to the scheduler, the inspector,the fumigation team,the person that did the subterranean termites,the man that replaced the wood they had eaten and painted it, were all help full , polite,and professional. Excellent experience from start to finish. Suspected that we might have termites so met with Key Inspector Tim Stewart and found evidence of dry wood termite infestation that extended into inaccessible areas of the house. We live on the coast and also had fungus and dry rot damage in various areas on the exterior of the house. Promptly received pricing for both the fumigation as well as recommendations for repairs. The crew working on the repairs did an excellent job. I had countless questions as we were preparing for the tenting/fumigation... and Bailey patiently answered them all. The fumigators arrived as scheduled, were well organized and everything was completed as promised. I'm grateful that someone recommended Key Termite to me, I will be recommending them as well.

We chose Key Termite to tent and fumigate our Morro Bay vacation home. We live in Bakersfield so we were concerned with the logistics. We met with an inspector and was assured that every step of the process would be handled by them. This entailed the double bagging of all the food to raking bark away from our decking. Great termite co . From the first call to the fumigation everything was professional and thorough. I called several times to talk with Bailey with questions and she was very polite and friendly and never annoyed when I called several times . The fumigation crew did an excellent job and cleaned up after removing the tent . Everyone from the staff to the people in the field were awesome .

You guys did an excellent job! Thank you! My only suggestion would be that the guys should be quieter in the early morning. Singing, laughing, shouting and joking at 7:30 in the morning woke up the whole neighborhood. At least they seem like they’re happy and having fun, just kinda noisy.

When our regular service rep, Mike, was out on medical leave service was about a one star service bc they didn’t come when they said they would and never let us know why they didn’t or when they would be out to spray. We had to call them to find out if they had serviced our house or not. We’re scheduled for service every 2 months and we had gone for 3-4 months. Mike is back and we told him we are so glad he’s back. The day before Mike comes he will text us to let us know he’s coming and shows up as promised. When he was off, the other service rep said he’d come the next day and wouldn’t show up and no one would let us know why or when he would show up. We always had to call them. We told Mike when he came this week we are SO GLAD HE’S BACK. We recommended Key Termite to our neighbors and they Mike came one time b4 he went on medical leave and after he went on leave and no one came back during his absence, the neighbors didn’t know what to think. When Mike’s working, Key gets 5 stars, when he’s not, Key gets 1 star.

When I called for an issue at home the service was done in 2 days and person was very knowledgeable. My service had changed from inception which I felt should have been communicated to me earlier than when the issue occurred. Otherwise they do a great job!
