I am in need of a tax professional. Not to file taxes but a question. Seems I can't get thru to the toll free number and I still have not received LAST YEARS TAX REFUND (injured spouse claim). Used to be able to contact Cleveland office but they are now automated as well. Sooooo.... I need a professional.
