We have worked with Fred at Santa Fe Mortgage on various occasions and truly enjoy how they always treat us with courtesy, respect and honesty. We first worked with him for our home purchase and then a recent refinance. They took the time to listen to our inquires/concerns, always replied within a timely manner and made the over loan process as smooth and convenient as possible. They also presented us with various loan/refinancing options and explained to us the pros. & cons. for each, so that we could make a financially wise decision. Above all, they also offered us the best rate available in town and online.
