Daniel K. Simon is proud to continue his long tradition of fierce advocacy at the Law Offices of Daniel K. Simon, where he has enjoyed serving his clients from the same office in the beautiful La Arcada Building in downtown Santa Barbara since 1984.

Born in Los Angeles, Daniel is a long-time resident of Santa Barbara. He received his Bachelor's degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 1977, then for over two years attended its Ph.D program in Philosophy before choosing to attend Santa Barbara College of the Law, where he earned his Juris Doctorate in 1983.

Among his accomplishments, Daniel is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court as well as the United States Supreme Court. He has served as delegate to the First Barrister's Club, Judge Pro Tem at the Santa Barbara Superior Court, and is a proud member of the Santa Barbara County Bar Association and California State Bar.
