Company Description

Since 1969, the State of California Department of Developmental Services (DDS) has contracted with the Tri-Counties Association for the Developmentally Disabled (TCADD) to operate the Tri-Counties Regional Center serving the counties of San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara and Ventura.

TCRC operates 6 offices in the cities of Atascadero, San Luis Obispo, Santa Maria, Santa Barbara, Oxnard and Simi Valley. With headquarters in Santa Barbara, TCRC maintains a staff of approximately 280 and serves a population of over 13,000 people with developmental disabilities.
