Company Description

As a therapist and counselor, I work with adults, teens, couples, and families that may be struggling with relationships, depression, anxiety, loneliness, confusing or imprisoning worries and fears, conflicts that are holding them captive, and/or feeling like emotions are in control. I also work with neurodivergence and people that want to grow, want support in life’s transitions, and a better sense of well-being.
